SPEAK UP – A Unique Mental Health Awareness Talk

November 15, 2018 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm PST

We have a mission to break the stigma around mental health issues, and to create space to speak up about it and make it OK to talk about.

Four amazing speakers are going to come together and share their stories of mental health. You will learn about their struggles & rock bottoms, and how they came out the otherside. They will teach you the tools they have in place to manage their thoughts & their day to day lives.

Natalie Carranceja
Chris Brook
Meaghan Sutter
Becca Wilson

Topics covered will be anxiety in relationships, autoimmune disease & depression, PTSD, eating disorders and living with others who have mood disorders.

>>TRIGGER WARNING & DISCLOSURE: Some or all of the stories may be a trigger for others. Please be advised & aware of this when attending this event. None of the speakers are of a medical profession or background, and are just sharing their stories as a demonstration of support & to cultivate awareness.<<
