The Whistler Learning Centre is working in partnership with BCIT to develop an Indigenous and Intercultural Awareness Training Program in Whistler. The program is targeted at employers, employees, and individuals in the Sea-to-Sky region to learn about and better understand their Indigenous Lil’wat neighbours with the long term goal of ensuring the Whistler workforce better reflects the local communities.
BCIT’s SITE Centre is seeking a:
- Lil’wat Nation History, Culture, and Traditions Facilitator; and a
- Cross-cultural Leadership Facilitator;
to teach segments of the program.
